On Friday, 4/28/17 the West Central FFA Livestock and Poultry teams competed in the state contests held at the University of Illinois. The Livestock Judging team placed 9th out of 110 teams and the Poultry team was 28th out of 48 teams. Individual results are as follows for all 10 students:
Livestock--Nicholas Brokaw-6th Overall out of 482 individuals

Poultry--Jon Anderson-68th out of 195 individuals
Hunter West-100th

Heidi Ford-130th
Brenna Lillie-146th
The Poultry contest was an extremely challenging State Contest.
The Livestock Team joins all of the former Livestock teams from West Central by again placing in the top 10 at the State Level.
