Eagle View community Health system, Inc. is offering school, camp and sports physicals for just $20.00 from June 1 through September 18, 2020. This special is available at both EVCHS medical sites. Regular office fees will apply after September 18, 2020 or for a comprehensive annual preventative visit. (A comprehensive annual preventative visit is more in-depth than a school, camp or sports physical. Check with your insurance company for preventative charges.
