Success at IESA State Track Meet
The 7th Grade Boys Track Team placed 4th overall in the IESA State Track Meet. They received a trophy plaque as seen in the photo. The 7th grade boys 4x200 meter relay team placed 1st with a time of 1:47.74. They were about two seconds away from the state record and destroyed our school record by nine seconds. LTC Honor Band 2012
On March 12, 2012 West Central Band Director, Matt Henning, took 16 of his high school band students to Augustana College for the LTC Honor Band. The 16 band students practiced a full day with 126 students. All together there were 142 students from 12 schools. They put on a wonderful concert with the help of guest director Richard Stodd. read more

On Thursday May 3, 2012, twelve students from West Central School District 235 participated in the Courageous Smile Track Meet in Carthage, IL.
