WCMS recently heald a PBIS Heat Buck Raffle. Students put their names on the Heat Bucks they had earned for good behavior and then put them in containers for a chance to win a prize. On Tuesday, March 14, during the weekly Good News assembly, Heat Bucks were drawn and prizes were awarded. Prizes included gift cards, electronics, and gift baskets. West Central High School held their National Honor Society’s induction ceremony for three new members on March 20, 2017. For three weeks the kindergarten students collected pennie to help practice counting to 100. This was in conjunction with the 100 th day of school in late January. The kindergartners donated all the collected money to the Henderson County Library for the children’s section. They collected 10,000 pennies! The students collect pennies every year for the library.
