WCHS Softball Team Building 2018

Blake Williams from Battle-Tested out of Chicago came down and conducted a Team Building workshop/workout with the West Central Softball Team. They participated in team bonding exercises and had to work through eight stations for 16 minutes each. These stations included jumping rope, carrying 5 40 lb sandbags around 4 cones, dragging the same 40 lb sandbags while bear crawling, carrying teammates as many times as they could for a certain distance and running to touch a bag with a bungee cord attached to their waist, all of these were as many times as they could in 16 minutes for each station.
They then had to figure out how to get a teammate from one of the gym to the other three times in three different ways without her touching the ground, the last time without speaking and figuring it out and working as a team.
It was a great day of team building for the WCHS Softball Team.
