Preschool Screening (August 1, 2024)

2024-2025 School Year

West Central CUSD #235 in collaboration with Regional Office of Education #33 will offer free developmental check-ups at West Central Elementary School.  A developmental check-up will assess your child’s overall development.  The ESI – R test evaluates visual-motor skills, language and cognition skills, as well as gross motor skills.  Staff will be available to conduct hearing, vision, and speech/language . . .

Sports Physicals with Fall Sports Parent Meetings

2024-2025 School Year

EagleView Clinic will be on site before the upcoming Fall Sports Parent Meetings to provide sports physicals ($15.00/student). They will be at West Central Middle School (Stronghurst, IL) on July 22, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. They will be at West Central High School (Biggsville, IL) on August 7, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. First come first serve.

Meet the Heat

2024-2025 School Year

Come out and "Meet the Heat" on Friday, August 23rd at 5:00 pm at the high school football field! We will introduce the MS Baseball & Softball teams, the HS Pep Band, HS Cheer, HS Golf, HS Volleyball, HS Swim & the HS Football teams. Around 6:00 pm, the HS Volleyball team will scrimmage inside the high school gym and the HS Football team will scrimmage on the high school football field.

WCHS Fall Sports Parent/Coaches Meeting

2024-2025 School Year

The West Central High School Fall Parents/Coaches sports meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 6:00PM in the High School Gym. Prior to the Coaches meeting, we will have a CPR/AED training session at WCHS, conducted by Mary Parsons for Coaches and any district employee at 2:00PM on August 7th.
