Senior Spotlight - May 13
John Steck is featured on our WCHS Senior Spotlight today.
"When I think back to what my favorite classes were, it’s hard to pick just one," explained John when asked about his favorite class at WCHS. "I enjoyed learning about Botany and Zoology, as well as bantering with Mr. Fleming. I also enjoyed the in-depth discussions about literature in all my English classes. Mrs. Seibert's chemistry classes and labs were also a lot of fun!"
After graduating from WCHS, John plans on attending Monmouth College to study Accounting and Business Management.
Lastly, John had this to say: "My advice for the underclassmen would be to not be timid about trying new things. Get involved with a variety of new activities to see what you enjoy. Make sure to take advantage of every moment, to make memories you won’t forget, because four years goes by quicker than you think. Make sure to respect all teachers and staff members, as they are there to help you to grow and succeed. They truly have your best interest at heart."
