KG/1st Grade Parent Program
On the morning of October 3rd, 2022, K and 1st grade parents were invited to participate with their child in an event involving Nursery Rhymes and STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). They were presented nursery rhymes and an activity that correlated to the characters and actions in the nursery rhyme. One example involved the students and parents making a catapult to try to fling the cow over the moon after reading Hey, Diddle, Diddle!
Fun was had by all. The upcoming parent program for 2nd and 3rd grade will be Monday, November 14th. The focus will be on math activities. More information to follow.
